Born in Germany Hans Zimmer moved to England at an early
age.
He is an enormously successful composer of film music
and produced the soundtracks of movies like 'Rain Man', 'GreenCard',
'Thelma & Louise', 'Back Draft', 'Days of Thunder' and
many others.
His soundtrack for 'The Lion King' won him numerous awards
(an Oscar, a Golden globe and two Grammys).
