'Die Toten Hosen' (Dead Pants) formed in the early 1980s in Düsseldorf. Befitting their punk rock attitude they learned to master their instruments well into their professional career as rock stars. Simple, political lyrics, energetic (and numerous) live shows and their charismatic front man Campino ensured early success which lasts till today.
